How we do it

We will start with an assessment of your current state; we want to know how you are doing when you come to us. This step includes a Q&A session about what you like to eat, what you would rather not eat, and any other food-related issues you would like us to keep in mind when designing your eating plan. We will then take some measurements to check your body composition and decide what strategy will work better for you. All of this information combined will help us create the perfect plan just for you. Step 1 will set you off with a “getting started eating pack” that will include tips for you to start your new healthier lifestyle straight away.

In step two we get down to business! We will create a Meal plan just for you and have you test it out for a few days. When we next see you we’ll go over your food log together to see the areas that can improve and make any necessary adjustments. By doing this you will be able to enjoy every step of the way to a healthier you. At this step we will monitor your physical activity and changes in your weight and body compositions to ensure we are on the right track to success. Once you reach step 2 you will also receive motivational emails and e-contact to help you stick with the program. We are a team and your success is our success!

You’ve made it! When you reach step 3 you would have achieved your goals set up at the beginning. This is a follow-up face and can be repeated as many times as desired. We will check your body composition and weight at every visit of step 3 and, if necessary, makes changes to your eating plans to ensure you stay happy and healthy with your new self.
